Description

A Mild Steel (MS) RO Plant is an advanced water purification system designed using a mild steel structure to provide efficient and reliable water treatment for industrial and commercial applications. RO, or Reverse Osmosis, is one of the most effective water purification technologies used to remove dissolved salts, impurities, chemicals, bacteria, and harmful contaminants from water. Mild Steel RO Plants are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing, textiles, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, chemical industries, and manufacturing units where a continuous supply of purified water is essential.

The plant operates on the principle of reverse osmosis, in which raw water is forced through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure. These membranes allow pure water molecules to pass through while blocking contaminants such as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), heavy metals, microorganisms, and suspended particles. The result is high-quality purified water suitable for drinking, industrial processing, and other commercial purposes.

The main advantage of a Mild Steel RO Plant is its strong and durable structure. The frame and body of the system are fabricated using high-quality mild steel material, often coated with anti-corrosion paint or powder coating to increase resistance against rust and environmental damage. Mild steel construction provides excellent mechanical strength and stability, making the plant suitable for heavy-duty industrial operations. It is also more economical compared to stainless steel plants, making it a cost-effective solution for many industries.
