Description

A 1000 LPH RO Water Plant is a highly efficient water purification system designed to produce 1000 liters of purified water per hour using reverse osmosis technology. These plants are widely used in industries, commercial establishments, hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants, pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, and packaged drinking water plants where a continuous supply of clean and safe water is required. The system is capable of removing dissolved salts, impurities, bacteria, viruses, chemicals, and suspended particles from raw water, ensuring high-quality purified water for various applications.

The working principle of a 1000 LPH RO Water Plant is based on reverse osmosis, a process in which water is forced through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure. The membranes separate impurities and dissolved solids from water, allowing only pure water molecules to pass through. The purified water collected from the system is suitable for drinking, industrial processes, food preparation, and other commercial uses. This technology is highly effective in reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), harmful contaminants, and unpleasant taste or odor from water.

A typical 1000 LPH RO Water Plant includes several important components such as a raw water feed pump, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, micron cartridge filter, high-pressure pump, RO membranes, UV sterilizer, dosing system, control panel, and storage tank. The pre-treatment section removes suspended solids, chlorine, hardness, and organic impurities before water enters the RO membranes. This protects the membranes from damage and improves the efficiency and lifespan of the system.
