Description
A 12000 LPH Industrial RO Plant is an advanced water purification system designed to produce 12,000 liters of purified water per hour through reverse osmosis technology. These high-capacity plants are widely used in industries where a large quantity of clean and purified water is required for manufacturing, processing, cleaning, cooling, and other industrial applications. Industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing, textiles, chemicals, power plants, hotels, hospitals, and packaged drinking water units commonly use 12000 LPH Industrial RO Plants to ensure a continuous supply of safe and high-quality water.
The plant works on the principle of reverse osmosis, where raw water is passed through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure. These membranes remove dissolved salts, harmful chemicals, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, suspended solids, and other impurities from the water. The result is purified water with low Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), making it suitable for industrial processes and drinking applications where high water quality standards are required.
A 12000 LPH Industrial RO Plant typically includes several major components such as a raw water feed pump, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, micron cartridge filter, high-pressure pump, RO membranes, membrane housings, dosing systems, electrical control panel, pressure gauges, flow meters, and storage tanks. The pre-treatment section removes dirt, suspended particles, chlorine, hardness, and organic impurities before water enters the RO membranes. This helps prevent membrane fouling and scaling, ensuring efficient operation and longer membrane life.
One of the key advantages of a 12000 LPH Industrial RO Plant is its ability to provide a large quantity of purified water continuously with high efficiency and low operating costs. Using purified water helps industries protect machinery, pipelines, boilers, and cooling systems from scaling, corrosion, and damage caused by impure water. This improves equipment performance, reduces maintenance costs, and increases overall operational efficiency.
