Description

A Stainless Steel RO Plant is a high-performance water purification system designed to remove dissolved impurities, salts, harmful chemicals, bacteria, viruses, and suspended particles from water using reverse osmosis technology. These plants are manufactured using high-quality stainless steel material, which provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic performance. Stainless Steel RO Plants are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, dairy units, chemical industries, and commercial establishments where clean and purified water is essential.

The working process of a Stainless Steel RO Plant is based on reverse osmosis, a filtration method in which water is forced through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure. The membranes allow only pure water molecules to pass while blocking contaminants and dissolved solids. This process effectively reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), heavy metals, microorganisms, and harmful substances present in raw water, producing high-quality purified water suitable for industrial and drinking purposes.

A Stainless Steel RO Plant generally consists of several important components such as a raw water feed pump, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, micron cartridge filter, high-pressure pump, RO membranes, membrane housings, dosing systems, flow meters, pressure gauges, electrical control panel, and storage tank. The pre-treatment section removes suspended solids, chlorine, hardness, and organic impurities before water enters the RO membranes. This helps improve membrane performance and increases the lifespan of the system.
