Description
An 8000 LPH RO System is a high-capacity reverse osmosis water purification unit designed to produce 8000 liters of purified water per hour. It is widely used in medium to large-scale industries, commercial establishments, bottling plants, food and beverage units, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, hotels, and manufacturing facilities where a continuous and reliable supply of high-quality water is required.
The system works on the principle of reverse osmosis, a process in which raw water is passed through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure. These membranes allow only pure water molecules to pass through while rejecting dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities. The result is clean, safe, and low TDS water suitable for industrial processes, drinking purposes, boiler feed, and cooling applications.
An 8000 LPH RO System typically consists of several key components that work together to ensure efficient purification. These include a raw water feed pump, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, micron cartridge filter, high-pressure pump, RO membrane vessels, RO membranes, chemical dosing system, flow meters, pressure gauges, electrical control panel, and storage tanks. The pre-treatment section plays a crucial role by removing suspended solids, chlorine, hardness, and organic contaminants before the water enters the RO membranes, thereby protecting the system and improving performance.
